This most loikely is Elizabeth Taylor back home. Wife of Josiah of Uxbridge however there are several Josiahs in 1790 census including two in VT. I found marriage of Rudolphus in Montague, Franklin County, MA which showed he and wife of Montague. Haven't yet found birth of Rudolphus and others. Do you have any reason to think they were from Uxbridge/Douglas area? They may be form some other town or be from VT in the first instance.
