Hello,
I hope you don't mind my mentioning an e-mail problem I had last week. I
have "Outlook Express" and for 6 days I was not able to "send" e-mails. *
I was finally able to solve the problem when Comcast Customer Service sent
me an e-mail offering the solution.
I belong to a "town list" (not genealogy) and mentioned this problem
there. I found out that 5 other people on that list had the exact same
problem ! During the same time period. So, I'm curious whether other
people on this List had the same problem !

* I spent an hour on the phone with Comcast on Sunday morning (a week ago)
and that person couldn't help. I then took my computer to a fix-it shop
and that person "thought" they had fixed the problem. It wasn't until I
received the "answer" from the Customer Service Dept. in an e-mail that the
problem was solved.
It was a "setting" which had mysteriously changed. In one little box there
is a little number, and a week ago Friday night .. that number changed to a
different number. And, it seems that this happened in many computers
which use Comcast.
