Probably an overall screen design issue that I have, but please don't make me page down to enter information that I want to search on. This is compounded when perhaps I refine the criteria by town or county. I am once again returned to the top of the page instead of the area of the page I need/care about.

This might seem like a nit, but trust me, it is a usability nightmare.

(Not sure why the page is limited to frames the way it is, but it would be even cooler to take advantage of all of an individual's screen real estate.)
