I believe that the posting from jeseavey with the 1870 census information is correct. The 3 births were all recorded in Milford with a surname of McCanna...
Catherine born Feb 4, 1867 - Edward and Isabel O'Neil
Julia born Oct 22, 1864 - Edward and Elizabeth O'Neil
Mary born July 8, 1861 - Edward and Elizabeth O'Neil
Now, oddly, there was an 1860 Census for Edward and Elizabeth McKenny, with an infant daughter Mary. It is possible that they had Mary and didn't register the birth for a year, or that there is a separate McKenny from McKenna/McCanna family.
