Thank you Sandy, Your 1910 info is correct.
No I was not a teacher. I am looking for the death of Mabel Gertrude Kennedy Sabine.between Oct 1910 and 1913 (or ???) She was my grandmother. I have original birth record of my mother from 1910. But.....she was given to McIlroy family in Somerville, Ma. Where they adopted her in 1913. Her older bro and sis were sent to live with relatives in Maine 1920 census. My grandfather remarried in Maine in 1918 and said he was widowed. Maine does not have a record of Mabels' death, and I can't find one in the Mass archives. I don't know what info is in the adoption records. That would cost $$$ to find out.
