It is not known when nor where that James F. McMahon died. He did move to New York, N.Y., but it is not known if he died there, or in Lowell, MA. His wife, Delia, died in Lowell, MA. on Mar. 25, 1915. She died a few days after her youngest child, Joseph, was born. James F. McMahon married second Margaret Maroney who raised his 5 children. James' father was named Daniel and he was of County Clare, Ireland, it is said. This belatedly came from the family...but better late than never! Jean.
