Since we're talking SPARHAWKs, has anyone come across a Dexter
SPARHAWK b. 1800-1810 in Mass.? He married Calphrona Clark LAMB
(dau. of Reuben LAMB and Patience Howland Albertson) on 13 May 1830
in Natick, Mass. A note in the marriage record says "see Sparawk,
Sparhawk, Sparrahawk, Sparrawk, Sparrowhawk." I have not found
his parents or birth date/place.

Dexter and Calphrona had 11 children. In 1860 they lived in
Washington, Greenwich Co., NY. In 1870 they were in Bennington,
Vermont (and 56-year-old George Sparhawk was also in the household).
I have not been able to find records of them after that.

Calphrona's brother James Harrison LAMB was my ancestor, and I'm
