I maintain the Civil War Units File so I looked for relevant listings.
Here's what I found.

1st Mass. Heavy Artillery 1861-5 (Dan Gagnon)
2nd Mass. Artillery, Co. A 1863-5 (Karen Hennigan)

There are also several listings for light artillery.
