1. Request his social security application. It will have key info - parents names, birth location, date of birth..

2. Contact Haverhill City clerk's office. Death Certificate should have where he is buried. Then contact the cemetery - with name/date of death - they should be able to provide info on the plot - who purchased it, who else is buried there, etc.
