That's absolutely fantastic - thank you so much!

Jailbird Walter is definitely my man. This is confirmed by his mothers maiden for the marriage entry you found. Reading between the lines it would appear that Hattie Dorr decided he was a time in her life worth forgetting! I assume that when she is back at home with her mother that there were no children mentioned? I wonder if they were actually divorced or she simply 'blanked' him?!

Would you mind if I imposed on your generosity a little more?
Would you be able to e-mail me electronic copies of the entries you have found? This is purely for completeness of my records.
Also, is it possible to find out why he was in the Reformatory as it would be great to know what he did.
Finally, as you have so far been unable to find him on the subsequent census - would you be able to see if he has died?

I hope you don't mind me asking for further help but it would be lovely to find out more about him. If I am able to help with any UK based research you need I would be more than happy to return the favour.
