Trying to tir this line down. On the 1910 federal cencus my Grandfather, John (Jack) Boss say's that he was born in England. He states that his father was born in Massachcets.John was born in Liverpool, Lancaster, England in about 1875. His death certificatew shows his parents as John H Boss and Mary Ellen O'Brien. I have been unable to realy tie this down. From some documents it appears that John's father, John H, was in shipping of some sort. It appears he was a crew member. I know the family was in shipping or fields related to ships. Any help on this will be greatly appreciTED.
