Would the NEGHS data base contain a birth from 1898? I found the following
on the Massachusetts Vitals and am wondering if he belongs to me. Mine is
Edward Francis Boyce and am curious if this is the same person. If not on
Neghs, whom do I write to to obtain a copy?
