Hope you have database to keep it all straight. For MA data you should get back to 1600's on some lines. census with all names listed available to 1850 but only on pay sites. Census prior to 1850 only list the head of household with family members listed by age and sex, no names. Tray also Rays-Place.com for FREE MA Vital Records for most towns. Good luck in your search. I think you have a good start. Also possible to find some lines researched by others at ROOTSWEB.Com but be careful because there are often errors in those databases.
