I am having a hard time finding records for Roxbury, MA (my ancestor was born there in 1793). As I understand it, it is now a suburb of Boston. Can anyone give me some tips? I need to find records for her parents, siblings etc. but having no luck.

Her name- Mary DUNTON (spelling varies)- 1793
parents Samuel DUNTON b abt 1750
Mary RHODES (spelling varies) b abt 1755 RI
