Since she was born in 1928, she probably wouldn't have wed until at least 1945 or later. Those records will not be online. As long as they were married more than 50 years ago, the record can be ordered from New York City, but without knowing what year, it will cost a lot of money for them to search several years. (I'm not sure how NY files their marriage records, but New Jersey files them by the name of the groom--if you only know the name of the bride, you won't be able to search for the record.)
