Does anyone know if its possible to find marriage(elopment)records, and divorce records in Ma?

I have names, and information on the bride, but no nothing except name for the groom and where he was from.

The marriage probably performed by a JP or maybe a Rabi in either Brookline, Newton, or Boston.
Sometime in the early mid 1980's. Marriage lasted less then 2 years, if that long.
They lived in Newton with grooms mother.

Who, if anyone would have these records, and how do I contact them.?
