The site also holds member-submitted family trees and other sources of questionable reliability. As always, all information should be subjected to the standards of genealogical evidence, including Census returns (which are subject to many errors).

You said "He is probably a member of the New England Ancestors" - one is not a member of that web site - one is a member of the organization which owns it.
