Is it odd that Frederick doesn't show up in ANY census that I can find between 1887-1900? He had to have been living somewhere I can assume, so I wonder why it wasn't till he married his first wife that he appeared in any census. The only thing I can think of is, he didn't go by Frederick(or Fred as I have spelled in my search to) and its a different name. But I highly think that's unlikly.
