It was not in what I sent you. You posted this item within the Massachusetts message boards. There are identical boards/forums for New York. I would suggest posting within New York County (which is Manhattan) http://tinyurl.com/5vjkup7 as well as Unknow, which is a kind of generic catch all http://tinyurl.com/66ojzo8.
Enter a subject line something to the effect of "Lookup needed at the NYC Vital Records Archives", and then enter the information you would like found. I would suggest requesting the Florence birth and the Madeline death since you have the cert numbers for each. Be sure to include the Long Island City/Queens reference.
