On the 1900 Census Annie Peart says her father b NH mother b Scotland

Margaret says she was b Scotland and her parents b Scotland
Frank says her was born in NH
so this info matches

but then
on the 1910 Census Anna has her father's birthplace as England and her mother's as Ireland, Margaret lists her birth place as Ireland

How can this be?
