I have viewed the birth record of Ruth Murdock Belcher. I cannot get in to
the thread for some reason. If someone can pass on the info to the party
who is searching:

Ruth' marriage record won't be online - she was born in 1913 so if she got
married at 17 that would be 1930. Marriage recs online for familysearch.org
and nehgs only go to the year 1915. There ar some to 1920 but you can only
browse not search. Your best bet would be going to the Mass Archives - they
have the BMD index from 1915-1970. You can get the volume and page of
record and then go right down the street to Mass Vitals and see original
record.
