Can anyone tell me how to get a copy of a Will from Massachusetts? My g-grandfather died in 1941 in Malden, MA. He was a lifelong resident of Charlestown & the North End. He arrived from Ireland in 1873. He is buried at Holy Cross Cemetary in Malden. Name is Bernard Aloysius Maraghy - should have been ~77 years old at the time of death. I know there was a will as he had two surviving children at the time of death and left everything to one of them.
