The best way for you to obtain the information is to go to this website(Registry of Vital Records and Statistics). See below.

You will see "Obtaining Certified Copies of Vital Records."

Click on "Internet"
Follow the directions for Internet Service. It is expensive, but probably the only way you can get the record.

It may help if you first go to Ancestry death records ?-1971 (someone already recommended this), to get more details.
