Hi again,

There are 2 Mailing Lists for the Prov. of Quebec. I find the Quebec-Research List to be more active and more helpful. Perhaps you could post a query there.

I don't remember how many Message Boards there are for the Prov. of Quebec. But, also, I started up a List for CAN-USA-Migration 4-5 yrs. ago, and then started up a Board for it.
