There were two Thomas Lattas, father and son. The original one showed
up in York County in 1739. The only evidence I have of Thomas the son is
that he is mentioned in the estate inventory, in October of 1796, along
with Deborah (wife), and Isaac Armstrong, who was the husband of their
daughter Ann. I don't have a birth date or a marriage date for him.
There seems to be more information on him in Branch 27, although, I
don't know how well that is documented. Branch 27 and 47 are definitely
the same line.

This is what I have, which is all from Robert Latta's work. I have been
able to document my own line, which is Mary Latta m Alexander Rowan:
