Class Action Settlement Benefit Activation Notification

In the class action titled Ramer and Neer et al v. MyFamily.com, Inc. and
Ancestry.com, a class was certified and a settlement has been reached. According
to the records of MyFamily.com, Inc., you are a member of the class and are
entitled to the settlement benefit. The benefit consists of full access to the
family history internet resources at Ancestry.com for the month of May, 2006,
the equivalent of a month’s Ancestry World Deluxe subscription. This benefit is
available to you without any action on your part (you need not call or email
us), and without any payment or any other condition except following the
proper log on procedures described below This Court-ordered notice is to inform you
that the Class has been certified for settlement purposes, that you may be a
member of the Class, and that a settlement agreement, which has been
preliminarily approved by the Court, (the terms of which are described briefly below)
has been reached between MyFamily.com, Inc. and Ancestry.com (the "Defendants")
and the Class representatives. This notice is also sent to inform you of the
various steps you can take to participate in this settlement, object to its
terms or to remove yourself from the Class. If you fit the profile above and do
nothing, you will remain in the Class and your rights will be determined by
any judgment entered in the case.

The access period will begin midnight April 30 and run until midnight May 31,
2006. It is only available for that time period and cannot be delayed or
activated at another time. To access the subscription you will use the user name
you use or used as an Ancestry subscriber, When you log in at Ancestry.com,
you will be asked for the password that you associated with that user name. If
you have forgotten that password, click this link to change your password.

If you currently have any active Ancestry.com subscription or subscriptions,
it/they will be extended for 31 days so that you enjoy the value of this class
benefit, that is, the next renewal date will be moved out 31 days. If you
still have an active Ancestry.com subscription for which you made an annual
commitment but are billed monthly, that subscription has converted into a true
monthly subscription, that is, it may be cancelled without penalty or further
payment to the end of any monthly anniversary by following the cancellation
process described in the Terms and Conditions at Ancestry.com. Follow the terms and
conditions link in the footer of any page at that site.
