Connie ... if you 'cut and paste' some text from a website (or similar
source) into an email it is usually in HTML format. The List only accepts
'Plain Text.' If you highlight (select) the text, then click on 'Format' in
the menu at the top, and change the selection from 'Rich text (HTML)' to
'Plain text', it should post OK.
