There are several Leffler lines your Hannah may have come down through. Besides Peter's parents, George Leffler and Christiana Fellebaum, there was Peter's uncle, Jacob Leffler, who left an enormous progeny scattered throughout the midwest. Most of these lines were from southwestern Pennsylvania and western Virginia. I'll check my notes and see if I can locate a Hannah Leffler that might possibly match yours.
