I am in pursuit of birth records for William LIGHTBOWN, born in Blackburn Lancs abt 1844, the son of David LIGHTBOWN (sometimes spelled "LIGHTBOUND") and Jane EASTHAM. Family resided at 77 Moor Street, Blackburn in 1851 census, and at 70 Fisher Street, Blackburn in 1861 census.

I have ordered and paid for yet another certificate that is not a match for me. I am transcribing the certificate here in case this info is useful to someone else in their search, and hoping to generate a little genealogical karma for myself. Anyone wanting a scanned copy sent via email, please email me directly.
