He was a grandson of Thomas Lincoln the cooper, immigrant. The grandson was born 12 Dec 1674 in Hingham, MA; married Rachel Holmes 7 Nov 1695; moved to Harwich by 1707; died 18 Dept 1739 in Brewster.
