Hi everybody

It seems more and more clear to me that this indexing by mailing list is not
a viable option for indexing projects in the long term. Too many messages
being posted to the List in error, which cannot be deleted, and difficult to
collaborate (probably I should have called the list something very different
from the London list).

I think we should carry on in this manner, and endeavour to upload it all to
a website in the future. I am working as hard as I can on setting this up,
but in the meantime if anybody wants to send me the number of FOLIOS in the
enumeration district they are working on I'd be /very/ grateful...
