Dear Fellow NCGenWeb Project Members,

As of tonight, Sharon has appointed Derick and I as acting co-SC's until
such time as she is able to return to her elected responsibilities. We wish
Sharon a speedy recovery as she has been a true asset to our project.

In order to attend to all the pressing matters, Derick and I have agreed to
divide some responsibilities. Derick will coordinate the impending SC
election. I will be the "list dad" for both lists. We will ask Warren to
look into the "abandoned" counties situation. Elizabeth has graciously
offered to maintain the State Page.

Holly Timm and Ron Eason will be "in the loop" on all our activities and
assisting when needed.

Derick and I ask for your patience as we move forward with the project. And
we want to assure you that with your support we can get through the next six
weeks or so. We especially ask that we move through the process in an
orderly fashion.

Finally, I know you join with us in thanking Sharon for her dedication and
hard work done for the Project and hope that she can fully return with us
soon.
