The Henderson County Historical and Genealogical Society at this Web address
lists the book they have for sale:

There are some early stones; it just depends on if there was a stone and if
it still survives. They found old family cemeteries. For instance the
Bryson cemetery contains stones from the early 1800's.
Now I'm interested in the Death certificates book for Henderson County. Does
anyone know where that is for sale and what the price is.
