Donna...There are seven references to a Wm. Scoggins in Vol Two of the deed
books. No Scoggins in any of the cemetery books.

You may like to contact Allison Scoggins Gray: .
She is d/o Troy Scoggins (Fayetteville) and is into genealogy. Troy and I
were school mates in the last century!
