I am searching for a James Freedle b. 1798 possibly in Rowan Co. NC. James
Freedle moved possibly from NC to Sumner Co. TN and married Susanna Boyle
in 1827 and had a son Orville Houston Freedle in 1828 in Sumner Co. He
purchased land in Sumner Co. in 1830. He may have had a relation Nancy
Freedle b. abt 1803 who married a William Kepley of Rowan Co. William and
Nancy had amny children and later (between 1832-1840) moved to Sumner Co.TN
as well. If anyone has a stray James Freedle from a will or anything even
if he is not in your direct line, please email me. We of the Freedle clan
in Sumner Co. TN have been searching for his origin for many years. Thank
you for any help you can give.
