Iwas hoping I could help you, but some of your info is confusing. East
Corinth Baptist Church is located on Stokes Ferry Road, which runs in the
same direction as Highway 52 to Stanly County.

William Frankin Coble b 25 March 1877 d 24 Oct 1938. Littie Mae Coble b 14
June 1918 d 15 MAy 1931.

The Stanly County shows W.F. Coble married to Belle Mauldin 8 May 1899. Was
he married twice???

The only marriage I found for Michael Giles Morgan is to Priscilla Ann Arey
7/30/1874 Rowan County.
I found the family in the 1880 census with one child. Cannot find in Rowan
County 1900 census. The Hinson book states that Michael Giles married a
Eliza Miles, but cannot find any proof of this.
The family could have moved to Stanly County.

In 1870, he is still living with his parents.

Coble happened to be buried in the Corinth Church Cemetery in Rowan Co, in
1938. He also has a daughter there,Lillie Mae Coble buried aprox 1931-1934.
He was supposed to have been from Stanly Co, I found him living in Anson Co
as a young toddler in his parents household, David Coble III and his wife
Priscilla in 1880. I know that he married my greatgrandmother Julia Lindy
Morgan in Stanly Co, but I am not totally sure where she was originally
from. Julia was supposed to have also been from Stanly Co, but her youngest
daughter Elmittie Coble was supposed to have been born in Concord,NC aprox
1925. During my search I was told that Corinth Church was near Salisbury in
a town called Woodleaf possibly. Anyone familiar out there with it? Is there
a possibility that the Stanly Co Morgans might have been from Rowan Co? Is
anyone out there familiar with a Mike Giles Morgan and an Eliza or Liza W.
Morgan, or pe!
