Hi Edith,

I have heard that our original family name was Ballough which is a Scottish name I believe. I had heard that I had a relative named Moses Bellah, that fought in the Revolutionary war. And that there were two brothers who had a falling out about religion in Arkansas probably in the mid 1800's or something there abouts. Love to know more. My father was Weldon Bellah, born in Arkansas and his father was James Leo Bellah, whose father was David Bellah. All from Arkansas as far as I know.
