thank you for the vote of confidence neal! i hope to find basically the
same results. there are four major murray branches to the current tree. one
landed in carolina, one in nova scotia , the irish came in the mid-1840's and i
believe that there is another branch that i have not been able to isolate.

i believe all these branches are more closely related than we commonly
believe--that is what i set out to prove. best regards, allen murray
