Dan: Checking the USGS. I find no Rudser Ridge. I did find in North
Dakota, a Rudser Church. It is just inside Divide Co. in a triangle
with the towns of Hanks and Alamo, in Williams Co. The nearest town of
any size is Grenora. Latitude 483859N, Longitude, 1034000W
