I Joseph Nicewanger of Latrobe Borough County of Westmoreland, State of
Pennsylvania makes this my last will and Tesiment, I give devise and
bequeath my estate and Property, real and personal, as follows that is to
say I give and bequeath and devise to my wife Margaret the Brick house now
in use by us as a dwelling, and all its contents also the four lots Nos 3,
4, 5 & 6 Block "L" Town plot Borough of Latrobe, connected therewith also
my teams, wagons, harness and farming utensils of all kinds, for her use
and the use of my minor children, to be and remain hers as long as she
remains my Widow. The balance of my property of all kinds to be sold at
such times as my Executor herein after named may determine, all of my debts
to be paid from the proceeds thereof, The balance of the money to put on
interest for the benefit of my minor children, Should my wife marry then
the property all to be sold she to have her third as the Law allows. The
balance of the proceeds to be put to interest as heretofore for the benefit
of the minor children. If at any time my wife during her Widowhood,
should deem it advisiable to sell the the Team and agriculture implements
or the house (for the purpose of obtaining a lower priced one) She in
connection with the Executor to have the privilege of doing it, putting the
surplus funds at interest for the benefit of the family, at the majority of
youngest child, I desire an Equal Division of all monies belonging to the
estate to be made so my children except my son Daniel who has already
received his full share. Should my wife live till after the majority of my
Youngest child at her death all property belonging to the estate to be sold
and divided, share and share alike among my children except my son Daniel,
I appoint Francis Smith of Ligonier Township County of Westmoreland state
of Pennsylvania Executor of this my last Will and Testiment, In witness
whereof I have signed and sealed and published this instrument as my Last
Will this Sixteenth day of October A.D. 1869.

Testimento Annexo wise issued January 29, 1870 C.F.Warden Register

Now Dec 1, 1892 Letters C T A D B N granted to J.S. Nicewanger who was
sworn before me. Bond filled in sum of 50.00 William B. Conway Register.
