I don't know if this is a different thread, but a couple days ago there were a few people interested in the same John Nichol. A "message boarder" by the name of Mike M. stated he had some material about the very family you refer to...I hope it's the same. The material is in the form of a book. Mike sent me a PDF version of said book. If you e-mail me, , we could continue the subject. I was born a Nichol, but after looking at the PDF file, I haven't found any connection to my line. My Nichol line came from Scotland and England by way of New York and settled in London, Ontario, Canada. Then in early 1900's migrated into USA. Lisa
