"The Genealogy of the Nichol Family, a sketch"
It has a preface by Geo. J. Rogers of Wheeling W. VA dated August 1922

also, "The Genealogy of the Nichol Family, a sketch" updated in 1950 by a "genealogy committee" of family members.

Wondering if anyone else is using these as a starting point for the family?

Also - is there any EARLIER information on the family while still in Scotland?
