I have NIXONs from Cheshire;
Thomas NIXON m. Mary Ann WORTH 1865 Prestbury St Peter. said to have had 22
children.
Mary Ellen m. ? NUTTER; Arthur b. 27 Nov 1865 Capesthorne Cheshire
Arthur married Martha WAINWRIGHT 1887 and had 4 daughters.
Does this ring a bell with you or any other list members please.

Hi everybody!!!! Just needed to confirm that I WAS actually on the list!

Just found more names -

James NICKSON married Ellen SMITH 1849 St Wilfrids, Davenham, Cheshire.

His father was also James NICKSON and they were living in Moulton (next
village) at the time of the marriage.

I think - not certain as yet - that all the NIXON/NICSON/NICKSON's either
baptised or married at St Wilfrids, Davenham on the IGI and dating back to
1560 are in some way connected with mine. Will be checking this out - does
anyone else have NIXON connections with Davenham - or other areas near?
