Bound Brook has their own public library. I have never been there so I
don't know if they have periodicals on Microfilm.
You might also try Alexander Library, Special Collections, at Rutgers
University which is just across the river. They have a wonderful
collection of New Jersey genealogical materials. They also have a lot
of newspapers on microfilm although I am no sure if they have any from
Bound Brook.
Good luck
