Hi Frederick ,
So for the only information I have on the pickle factory was from the
1880 census. A Kate Kelly (possibly my grandmother) aged 14, living at 188
DuPont St, in the City of Brooklyn, worked in a pickle factory.
Keep me posted if you find out more information on a pickle factory it might
be a lead.
