DOIs vary dramatically in their information content depending on
Date, State, County, and specific Court.

Make sure you look up the original DOI. Naturalization files often
contain just a certification by a court clerk that a DOI was filed,
leaving off any details other than what you describe. (Not to say
however that the original will definitely contain any more info than
the certification).
