Hello, Kris!

Well, here I am again........... :-)

It looks like St. Luke's is your answer...........in the 1865 Directory
the Church is at 203 West 43rd street...Minister is G. W. DREES, home at
99 West 41st street.

In 1870, the Church is at 318 West 43d.......Minister G.W. DREES, home
at 245 West 48th st.........

The Church's name is listed as St. Luke's in the 1870 and 1865
Directories, so I'm pretty confident that the present day St. Luke's is
the descendant of that earlier Church---it obviously moved around a bit
during the years, but it stayed within a range of several blocks in the
middle 40's on the West side of Manhattan........

Good Luck! Maybe you should write again...........?
