Did the list (or the individual who asked the question) ever get a
reply? If so, I did not see it, and I am very interested in the answer.
I received my grandparents' wedding certificate, but it didn't have much
info on it. I imagine the application, if it still exists, would have
had much more? The wedding took place in Manhattan in 1909, although
according to the certificate, they were both living in Staten Island (no
