Will do lookups in Trow's city directory
for 1860/62, which I have on loan at my
family history center through Apr 20.

1) Send me a direct email (not to list)
with one surname per email and first
names if surname is at all common.
PUT SURNAME IN HEADER with word
LOOKUP, please.

2) Remember that the directory is for
workers. Do not send names of children
or wives. Widows are sometimes listed
as they are carrying on businesses.
Don't fish for people you KNOW are not
working on the island of Manhattan.

3) You can send more than one email,
and I will get to them when I can.

4) Rent yourself another year and do
lookups for me!
