Has anyone else had trouble ordering will information from SAMPUBCO?

We ordered on 14 June and have not received a reply. They have not replied
to a recent e-mail requesting status of order, or length of time required for
the
will information.

Has anyone on the list ordered from them, and does it take this long to receive
the information?? These are simple wills, nothing difficult about them.
